NoST Club, LLC ("NoST Club," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of families participating in the NoST E-Bike Safe Rider program.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Safe Rider may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment confirmation, and billing-related information necessary to administer memberships.

Payment-card information entered through Stripe Checkout is handled by Stripe under its applicable privacy and security practices.

Safe Rider is designed to support families, including minor riders.

Where the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or other applicable laws require verifiable parental consent, NoST Club must obtain that consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information.

Parents and guardians must be provided with appropriate information about the collection and use of their children's data.

Parents may contact NoST Club to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

A parent may also request that further collection or use of a child's information cease.

Important: An ordinary parent account or PIN acknowledgment does not automatically establish compliance with every applicable parental-consent requirement.

Safe Rider may provide guardian-managed access to rider progress, verification activities, ride history, and family rewards.

Access to information should be limited to authorized account holders according to their role and permissions.

Parents and guardians should protect their passwords and verification PINs and avoid sharing account access with unauthorized individuals.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Safe Rider, including providers of:

• Application hosting and data storage
• Authentication and security
• Payment processing
• Email and customer communications
• Technical support and service operations

These providers may process data on our behalf according to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

NoST Club's existing privacy policy states that it does not sell customers' personal information. Safe Rider adopts that commitment.

We do not sell children's personal information.

Some Safe Rider programs may involve schools, retailers, municipalities, or community organizations.

Information will not be disclosed to an organization merely because it participates in or promotes Safe Rider.

Any institutional reporting or verification must follow applicable privacy requirements, authorized account permissions, and appropriate agreements.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.
