Welcome to NoST E-Bike Safe Rider ("Safe Rider"), an educational safety program and digital application offered by NoST Club, LLC ("NoST Club," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Safe Rider website, family membership, mobile-friendly application, educational tools, and related services.

By registering, purchasing a membership, or using Safe Rider, the adult account holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

A parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise participation by a minor.

Safe Rider combines e-bike safety education with practical family participation to encourage safer riding decisions and responsible habits.

The program includes educational information, rider readiness activities, parent-supervised verification, bike safety checks, ride logging, progress tracking, achievements, and family rewards.

Safe Rider is an educational support system. Participation does not eliminate the inherent risks of operating an electric bicycle.

The Safe Rider Family Membership costs $97 USD as a one-time payment, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.

A family membership provides access to eligible parent/guardian and rider profiles supported by the application.

The membership includes access to the Safe Rider app and its available family safety features. There is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal.

The separately offered NoST E-Bike Safe Rider educational course, currently marketed at $47, is not automatically included in the $97 membership unless expressly stated in the customer's purchase offer.

Any separate products, courses, physical materials, or optional services will be clearly identified before purchase.

Safe Rider is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize NoST Club or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method $97 once at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes. No further charges are made unless you choose to make an additional purchase.

Any future price changes will be disclosed in advance as required by applicable law.

You may manage your account or request assistance through the available account portal or by contacting Support@NoSTClub.com.

Because Safe Rider is a one-time purchase, there is no automatic renewal to cancel.

Proposed refund policy, subject to approval: Payments are nonrefundable once the purchase is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by NoST Club.

To request billing assistance or a refund review, contact Support@NoSTClub.com.

Refunds or cancellation of the Safe Rider purchase do not automatically cancel separately purchased products or subscriptions from other providers.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:

• Authorizing a minor's participation.
• Providing appropriate supervision.
• Establishing family riding rules.
• Ensuring riders use appropriate protective equipment.
• Reviewing the bicycle's condition, classification, and suitability.
• Confirming compliance with applicable laws and restrictions.
• Honestly completing parent verification and observation activities.

Safe Rider's parent verification features are tools to support parental involvement. They do not replace actual supervision.

The First Ride process is a parent-supervised practical readiness activity.

The parent or guardian confirms participation, reviews rider and bicycle readiness, and records observations within the application.

A First Ride Verified status indicates that the required NoST application workflow was completed and confirmed by the participating parent or guardian.

It does not constitute independent professional evaluation, government authorization, a driver's license, or a guarantee of riding competency.

Users must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning electric bicycles, including vehicle classification, rider age, helmet requirements, equipment, road use, and permitted riding locations.

NoST Club may establish participation requirements that are more protective than minimum local legal requirements.

The rider and guardian remain responsible for safe and lawful operation.

Course completion, knowledge assessments, badges, and program statuses reflect completion of specific Safe Rider activities.

They do not represent a government-issued credential or independent safety certification.

School parking eligibility or institutional recognition may require additional verification and approval by the relevant school, municipality, organization, or authority.

NoST Club does not guarantee that any institution will recognize a program status or grant permission to ride or park.

The application may allow users to log rides, complete checklists, select riding goals, and record progress.

Recorded activities and safety check-ins are based on information provided by users and available application functionality.

Ride logs, scores, alerts, and progress indicators are not substitutes for direct observation, emergency assistance, or independent safety judgment.

Safe Rider may award points, achievements, badges, and levels for completing designated activities.

These digital achievements do not have cash value unless expressly provided under a separate promotion with published rules.

Rewards created by parents or guardians are family-managed commitments. NoST Club does not fund or guarantee the fulfillment of parent-created rewards.

Users must provide accurate registration information and protect their login credentials.

Parent verification PINs must be kept confidential.

Account holders may not impersonate another person, submit false verification information, bypass access controls, or manipulate ride and achievement records.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, preserve security, or address violations of these Terms.

Information collected through Safe Rider is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The platform may process information associated with guardians, minor riders, bicycles, participation, and educational progress.

Parents and guardians should review our Privacy Policy before registering a minor.

Operating an e-bike involves risks, including collisions, falls, equipment failures, road hazards, and injuries.

NoST Club does not guarantee that use of Safe Rider will prevent accidents, injuries, property damage, or unlawful riding behavior.

The program is intended to encourage informed decisions and responsible safety habits.

NoST Club may modify, maintain, or improve Safe Rider features.

We will provide notice of material changes to paid services or these Terms when required by applicable law.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application.

Safe Rider educational content, software, graphics, trademarks, instructional materials, and related intellectual property are owned by NoST Club or its licensors.

Purchasing a membership grants a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the service for the authorized membership term associated with your one-time purchase.

Users may not reproduce, commercially distribute, or resell protected content without permission.

Safe Rider is provided on an as-available basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoST Club disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and the prevention of accidents or injury.

To the extent permitted by law, NoST Club is not responsible for damages arising from a rider's unsafe or unlawful operation of an e-bike or from inaccurate information submitted by users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

When legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent.
